DESCRIPTION - Big wines are not just limited to France. Come join us as we explore Italy’s red wine offerings.

MENU - Roasted Lamb Chops with Rosemary Caper Sauce paired with Barolo; Wild Mushroom Risotto with Pan-Seared Scallops and White Truffle Oil paired with Amarone; Veal Osso Buco paired with Chianti; Pan-Seared Gnocchi with Pancetta and Broccoli Rabe paired with Negroamaro Salento.

Reservations are made on first-come, first-served basis. Some classes will not be available for online reservation requests. Reservations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund. Publix Apron's reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes, or to substitute instructors.
