At the end of this class, you will have a good handle on all of the classic knife cuts including slicing, dicing, julienne, and chiffonade.

After you submit this form, a Publix Apron’s staff member will call you within two (2) business days to finalize your reservation and accept payment.
Please note that you are not registered for a class until payment is received by the school. If payment is not made within four (4) business days from when you submit this form, you will be moved to the class waiting list.
Reservations are made on first-come, first-served basis. Some classes will not be available for online reservation requests. Reservations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund. Publix Apron's reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes, or to substitute instructors.
