DESCRIPTION - The stimulating flavors and aromas permeate the mysterious yet fascinating countries of Asia. Learn to create them in this 3-part class designed for those significantly comfortable sautéing, chopping, slicing, and dicing.
Week 1 ( Chinese/Japanese) Vegetable Tempura with Sweet and Sour Sauce; Shrimp and Ginger Siu Mai Dumplings; Szechuan Beef Stir Fry; Hoisin Duck Breast with Mandarin Pancakes. Week 2 (Singapore/Malaysia) Gado Gado Salad; Sambal Udang (Shrimp); Chicken Satay; Beef Rendang. Week 3 (Vietnamese/Thai) Spicy Steamed Mussels; Pad Thai; Vietnamese Summer Rolls with Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce; Pho Bo Soup.
Registrations are made on first-come, first-served basis. Some classes will not be available for online registration. Registrations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund. Publix Aprons reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes, or to substitute instructors.
