Chef Tina Aleandri, the executive chef at Noche Johns Creek is a
native of Central Florida. She attended the University of South Florida
where she played on the women’s soccer for four years. Growing up in a large Italian family, Tina recognized that she had a love and passion for food and decided to give cooking a try. Early in her career she worked for the Hyatt Hotels and other restaurants before coming to Norcross, GA as the Chef De Cuisine for Hi- Life Restaurant.
Shortly after becoming the Chef De Cuisine, she became the executive
chef at Hi-Life where she continued to hone her craft. She remained the
executive chef of Hi- Life for three years before coming to Coast in January of 2011. There she started as the sous chef but was soon promoted to executive chef at Noche Vinings in March 2011. Then the company decided to open its fourth location in Johns Creek, Tina was asked to take on the challenge.
At Noche, Tina is bringing her love and passion for food to the
Johns Creek area. She has been a fantastic addition to the team. Tina's most recent accomplishment was making it to the final round of Food Network’s Chopped.
Recently she has been doing cooking demos all over Atlanta; Taste of Atlanta, Better Mornings Atlanta for CBS, and some farmer’s markets.
In 2012, Heather L. Hurlbert, Pastry Chef and “Cheftestant” on Bravo’s hottest new series, Top Chef: Just Desserts, launched HHDesserts, her new line of pastries ranging from couture wedding cakes, groom’s cakes, chocolates, showpieces, and consultation.
