1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped

Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F. In a 9-inch square baking dish, mix 2 cups chopped spinach with 8 oz softened cream cheese and 2 tablespoons butter. Top with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and bake 30 minutes.
Steam: Add 9 ounces spinach to 1/2 cup lightly salted water; cover and cook 3-5 minutes or until wilted. Serve in your favorite pasta.
