1/2 cup apple juice
2 lb pork spare ribs
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Grill: Preheat grill. Grill 2 lb pork spareribs over indirect heat 2-2 1/2 hours or until tender. Combine 1/2 cup oyster sauce, 3 tablespoons chili garlic sauce, and 2 teaspoons soy sauce. Baste ribs with sauce during last 15 minutes of grilling; serve with remaining sauce.
