1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest

Grill: Combine 4 oz shredded Romano cheese, 1/2 cup chopped basil, 2 teaspoons chopped garlic, and 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest. Loosen skin from 6 lb turkey breast (thawed); place herb mixture under skin and secure skin with a toothpick. Season turkey with 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic/herb seasoning. Place on grill over indirect heat (using a drip pan) and cover; grill 1-1 1/2 hours, turning occasionally, or until turkey is 165°F. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
