2-3 lb pork loin roast
2 tablespoons pork spice rub mix
1 Granny Smith apple, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced

Braise: Season a 2-3 lb pork loin roast with 1/2 teaspoon each seasoned salt and pepper. Place in a large stock pot with 4 cups apple juice and 1 cup each celery, onions, and peeled quartered potatoes. Cook on medium-low 1-1 1/2 hours or until pork is is 145°F and tender. Let pork stand 10 minutes before slicing.
