1 1/2 lb steelhead trout, skin removed
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 tablespoon canola oil

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with foil; brush fish with oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
  2. Bake 10–12 minutes or until opaque and separates easily.

Sauté: Place 1 1/2 lb trout, skin removed, and 1 tablespoon oil in large sauté pan on medium; cook 3–5 minutes on each side or until opaque and separates easily. Season with 1/4 teaspoon each: salt, pepper, and Italian herb blend seasoning.

Grill: Preheat grill to medium. Season 1 1/2 lb trout. Place on lightly oiled foil; grill fish 4–5 minutes on each side or until opaque and separates easily.
