4 links Italian sausage (about 1 lb)
4 hoagie rolls
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1 cup marinara sauce
8 slices provolone cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Preheat non-stick sauté pan on medium-high. Cook sausages, turning often, 4–5 minutes or until browned. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook 8–10 minutes or until sausages are 160°F.
  2. Place a cooked sausage in each roll, top each with 2 tablespoons black olives, 1/4 cup marinara sauce, and two slices cheese. Place on a baking sheet and bake 4–5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
