4 Italian sausage links (about 1 lb)
4 Publix Bakery hoagie rolls
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1 cup marinara sauce
8 (1-oz) slices provolone cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Preheat large, non-stick sauté pan on medium-high. Cook sausage, 4–5 minutes, turning often, or until browned.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover; cook 8–10 minutes or until sausage is 160°F.
  3. Place sausages in rolls, top each with 2 tablespoons black olives, 1/4 cup marinara sauce, and two slices cheese. Place on baking sheet; bake 4–5 minutes or until cheese melts.
