Grilled West Coast Sandwiches
1 (7- to 7 1/8-ounce) pouch albacore tuna or white chicken
1/4 cup mayonnaise, divided
1/4 cup pre-diced fresh tomatoes
1/4 cup pre-diced red onions
8 slices Bakery Ultimate Nine Grain Bread
8 (2/3-ounce) slices Muenster cheese
1 tablespoon bread-dip seasoning (rosemary)
1/4 teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper
1. Preheat 2-sided tabletop grill. Combine, in medium bowl, tuna (or chicken), 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, tomatoes and onions. Top four bread slices with one cheese slice each. Follow with tuna mixture, another cheese slice and remaining bread slices.

Creamy Cucumber Salad
1/2 cup pre-diced red onions
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 seedless cucumber
1. Stir together in medium bowl, onions, sour cream, salt and pepper. Cut (rinsed) cucumber in half lengthwise and then thinly slice (about 2 cups).
