Green Chile Cheddar Sliders

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb ground beef chuck
1 (4-oz) can diced green chiles (undrained)
1 tablespoon green pepper sauce
1 packet fajita seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
1 avocado
12 Bakery dinner rolls (sliced for buns)
1/2 cup jalapeño Cheddar dip, divided

Steps
  1. Combine ground beef, chiles, pepper sauce, and seasoning mix until blended; shape into twelve patties about 1/2-inch-thick (wash hands).
  2. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Add patties; cook 3–4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Slice avocado thinly.
  3. Place in each bun: beef patty, avocado, and 2 teaspoons dip. Serve.

Bistro Turkey Sliders

Ingredients
1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
1/2 cup dried cranberries, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons canola oil
3 frozen seasoned turkey burgers
3 tablespoons prepared onion relish, divided
3 slices Muenster cheese
1/4 cup Dijon mustard, divided
12 Bakery dinner rolls (sliced for buns)

Steps
  1. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Place oil in pan, then add burgers; cook 4–5 minutes on each side or until 165°F. Combine cranberries and onion relish.
  2. Top each burger with apple slices, 2 tablespoons onion mixture, and cheese; cook 1 minute to melt cheese. Remove burgers from pan; cut into four pieces.
  3. Spread mustard on inside of buns; add burgers. Serve.

Ultimate Hot Dog Sliders

Ingredients
3/4 cup seasoned chili starter beans, drained
6 angus beef bun-length hot dogs
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, divided
12 Bakery dinner rolls (sliced for buns)
1/4 cup prepared onion relish, divided
1/4 cup fresh pre-diced green onions, divided
1/4 cup prepared cheese spread, divided

Steps
  1. Preheat large nonstick sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Place hot dogs in pan; cook 3–4 minutes on each side or until thoroughly heated. Cut across each hot dog to make two halves.
  2. Microwave beans on HIGH for 1–2 minutes or until hot.
  3. Spread 1/2 teaspoon mustard on bottom half of each bun, then add a hot dog half. Top each with 1 tablespoon beans, 1 teaspoon onion relish, and 1 teaspoon green onions. Spread 1 teaspoon cheese spread on top halves of buns; assemble sliders. Serve.
