Super Duper Cheeseburgers With Vegetables and Dip

Super Duper Cheeseburgers

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef, 7% fat
1 cup frozen pre-diced onions
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 Bakery hamburger buns (regular or French)
1 (8-oz) jar processed cheese sauce (1 cup)
6 pickle slices

Steps
  1. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2-3 minutes. Place ground beef, onions, salt, and pepper in pan (wash hands); brown 5-7 minutes, stirring to crumble meat, or until no pink remains. Meanwhile, slice buns in half, if needed.
  2. Drain ground beef and return to pan. Stir in cheese sauce; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Place mixture on buns and top with a pickle. Serve.

Vegetables and Dip

Ingredients
1 cup fresh baby carrots
1 cup fresh broccoli florets
1 cup fresh cauliflower florets
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing

Steps
  1. Cut vegetables into bite-size pieces; arrange on serving tray.
  2. Pour dressing into small bowl for dipping; place in center of tray. (Or use a small bowl for each person, to avoid any double-dipping issues.) Serve.
