Super Duper Cheeseburgers With Vegetables and Dip

Super Duper Cheeseburgers

1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef, 7% fat
1 cup frozen pre-diced onions
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 Bakery hamburger buns (regular or French)

  2. Drain ground beef and return to pan. Stir in cheese sauce; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Place mixture on buns and top with a pickle. Serve.

Aprons Advice

  • Complete your meal with tater tots (or French fries), and chocolate chip cookies for dessert.
  • Get the kids involved with the veggies. Be sure they rinse the vegetables first; then encourage them to be creative when arranging the tray. Older kids can help brown the meat.
