1 (10-ounce) bag European salad blend
1 seedless cucumber (rinsed)
2–3 green onions (rinsed)
1 (12-ounce) can white albacore tuna in water (drained)
1/4 cup sweet gherkins
2 tablespoons sliced black olives
1/2 cup grape tomatoes (rinsed)
1/4 cup matchstick carrots
1/2 cup canned quartered artichoke hearts
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
1. Place salad blend in salad bowl. Cut one-fourth of cucumber into 1/8-inch slices. Place on top of salad. Chop green onions finely and sprinkle over salad.
