    Hot Turkey Sandwich With Chive Potatoes

    Ingredients
    1 medium red onion (rinsed)
    butter cooking spray
    1 (24-ounce) package refrigerated mashed potatoes
    1 tablespoon chopped dried chives
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 (.87-ounce) packet onion gravy mix
    1 cup water
    1 (12-ounce) jar turkey gravy
    8 slices Deli turkey (about 1 lb)
    8 slices Bakery white bread

    Steps

    1. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Peel onion and cut in half; slice into 1/4-inch-thick  slices.
    2. Remove pan from heat and coat with cooking spray. Place onions in pan; cook 4–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until rusty brown.
    3. Meanwhile, place potatoes, chives, and butter in microwave-safe bowl; cover and set aside. Cut turkey slices into 2- to 3-inch-long strips.
    4. Reduce heat on onions to medium; stir in dry gravy mix, water, and turkey gravy. Stir in turkey strips until fully coated. Cover and simmer 5 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
    5. Meanwhile, microwave potatoes on HIGH for 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Arrange bread slices on serving plates; top with turkey mixture. Stir potatoes and serve.

    Honey Sweet Peas

    Ingredients
    1 (16-ounce) bag frozen green peas
    2 tablespoons water
    1 tablespoon butter
    2 tablespoons honey
    1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

    Steps
    1. Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan.
