Smothered Pork Chops With Buttered Noodles
1 large sweet onion
2 tablespoons butter, divided
salt and pepper, to taste
1 (8-ounce) package wide egg noodles
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 pounds smoked pork chops
1. Fill large saucepan 1/2 full of water. Cover and bring to a boil on high heat for pasta. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high for 2-3 minutes.
1 pound Brussels sprouts
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
pepper, to taste
1. Wash Brussels sprouts and remove any tough stems. Place in microwave-safe bowl.
