Mandarin Chicken Salad
1 (10-ounce) package roasted seasoned chicken
1/4 cup pre-diced celery
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons pre-diced onions
1/8 teaspoon salt-free herb/spice blend
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges (drained, about 1 cup)
4 Bakery croissants
1 medium tomato (rinsed)
4 lettuce leaves (rinsed)
1. Place chicken and celery in medium bowl, breaking chicken into bite-size pieces, if needed. Stir in mayonnaise, onions, spice blend, and pepper until well blended.

2 cups fresh (or frozen) raspberries (rinsed)
2 (8-ounce) cartons fat-free lemon yogurt
1. Pat raspberries dry. (If using frozen, thaw following package instructions.)
