2 plum tomatoes
1. Slice turkey and ham into long strips. Cut tomatoes into wedges; set aside.
2. Place salad blend in large bowl, add salad dressing, and toss to coat.
3. Place mixture on 2 serving plates. Arrange tomatoes and meat around outer edge of salad, pointing towards the center. Top with blue cheese and olives. Serve.
