Country Fried Steak
1/4 cup canola oil
1 1/2 lb beef cubed steak
1/2 cup flour
1 large egg, beaten
3 cups saltine crackers, crushed
(or cracker meal)
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Season 1 1/2 lb beef cubed steaks with salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon adobo, and parsley flakes. Dredge in 1/4 cup flour and place on foil-lined baking sheet. Coat steaks with cooking spray and bake 10-12 minutes or until meat is brown and 160°F.
