Chicken Sloppy Joes
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 1/2 lb ground chicken
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 (12-oz) bottle chili sauce
1/3 cup onion, chopped
4 hamburger buns

Slow cook: Stir together 1 1/2 lb ground chicken, 2 tablespoons chili powder, 2 (15-oz) cans seasoned chili beans, and 2 (15-oz) cans diced tomatoes; place in slow cooker. Cook on medium 2 hours. Serve with favorite chili toppings.
Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together 1 1/2 lb ground chicken and 16 oz prepared salsa. Bake 20-25 minutes or until 165°F. Top with 3 cups tortilla chips and 2 cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese. Bake 5 more minutes to melt cheese.
