Chicken Ravioli Florentine
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water
1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated four-cheese ravioli
4 ounces sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
2 green onions
1 (10-ounce) package refrigerated cooked chicken strips
2 cups spinach (1/3 bag)
1 tablespoon basil pesto
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese, optional
Steps
- Combine water, ravioli, (rinsed) mushrooms, and butter in large saucepan. Cover and bring to boil on high heat. When boiling, remove lid and reduce heat to medium-high. Cook 8–10 minutes, stirring often, until most of liquid is absorbed.
- Chop (rinsed) green onions into 1/4-inch pieces, including up to half of green tops. Stir onions, chicken, spinach, and pesto into ravioli. Cook 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until spinach is tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.

Lime-Kissed Fruit
Ingredients
1/4 cup honey
3 ounces frozen limeade concentrate (1/2 can), thawed
1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
1 3/4 pounds fruit salad (contains fresh cut melons, pineapple and strawberries)
Steps
- Whisk honey, limeade, and poppy seeds together in large bowl.
- Add fruit salad; toss to coat with dressing. Chill until ready to serve.
