Sweet Potato Scoops

2 medium sweet potatoes (rinsed)
aluminum foil
1 1/2 tablespoons turbinado (raw) sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
