Italian Salad

Cooking Sequence
- Place salad blend in bowl; add quartered and chopped vegetables
- Pour dressing onto salad and toss to mix
- Place mixture onto plates, top with olives and croutons; serve

Italian Salad
Ingredients
4 cups European salad blend (3/4 bag)
1/4 cup canned quartered artichokes
4 pepperocini peppers
1/4 cup roasted red peppers
2 plum tomatoes
2 (2-ounce) smoked tavern ham slices
2 (1 1/2-ounce) mozzarella cheese slices
3 tablespoons Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup green or black olives
1/2 cup seasoned croutons
Steps
1. Slice ham and cheese into long strips. Cut tomatoes into wedges; set aside.
2. Place salad blend and artichokes in large bowl. Chop pepperoncini and red peppers; add to salad. Add salad dressing and toss to coat.
3. Place mixture on 2 serving plates. Arrange tomatoes, ham, and cheese around outer edge of salad, pointing towards the center. Top with olives and croutons. Serve.
