Ground Turkey Burgers
1 1/2 lb ground turkey breast
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 slices American cheese
4 hamburger buns

Sauté: Preheat 1 tablespoon oil on medium in large sauté pan 2-3 minutes. Place ground turkey in pan and season with 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper, and 1 cup diced tomatoes. Cook 7-9 minutes or until 165°F. Serve over white rice.
Slow cook: Place 1 1/2 lb ground turkey, 10 oz can cream of chicken soup, 1 cup water, 1 small onion chopped, 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms, 1/4 cup diced pimiento, 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, and 2 cups broken spaghetti in slow cooker; stir to combine. Cook 3-4 hours on low.
