Grilled Turkey With Apple Chutney and Beans With Candied Garlic |

1. Preheat 2-sided tabletop grill. Combine, in medium bowl, tuna (or chicken), 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, tomatoes and onions. Top four bread slices with one cheese slice each. Follow with tuna mixture, another cheese slice and remaining bread slices.
2. Combine, in small bowl, remaining 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, bread-dip seasoning and chile pepper. Spread half of mixture over top of sandwiches. Place sandwiches, coated side down, on grill. Coat top of sandwiches and then close grill. Grill 3–4 minutes until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve.

1. Stir together in medium bowl, onions, sour cream, salt and pepper. Cut (rinsed) cucumber in half lengthwise and then thinly slice (about 2 cups).
2. Add cucumber to sour cream mixture, carefully tossing to coat cucumbers. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

The tuna (or chicken) mixture is only 3-4 net carbs if served on a bed of lettuce. The cucumber salad makes a great take-along dish. Be sure to keep it chilled for flavor and food safety.
