Savory Steaks With Ranch Cream Pierogies |

Sirloin Steak With Blue Cheese Butter, Savory Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli Salad |

1. Crush garlic, using garlic press, into medium bowl. Use knife to remove garlic from bottom of press. Stir in seasoned salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Place steaks in marinade, turning to coat all sides; marinate 10 minutes. Wash hands. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; then preheat on medium-high.
2. Place steaks on grill (wash hands); discard remaining marinade. Grill 6–7 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 145°F for medium-rare. (Grills vary widely; adjust time as needed.) Cut into portions, top with Garlic Blue Cheese Butter (recipe below) and serve.

1. Crush garlic, using garlic press, into microwave-safe bowl. Add onion powder, steak seasoning, and 2 tablespoons butter; microwave on HIGH 30 seconds or until butter melts.
2. Stir and microwave 1–2 more minutes, stirring once, or until hot and fragrant. Let sit to cool completely (about 5 minutes).
3. Cut remaining butter into small pieces and add to garlic mixture with blue cheese and thyme. Mix until well blended. Chill until ready to serve over Savory Steaks (recipe above) or fresh-baked Bakery bread. (Makes 8 servings.)

1. Preheat large sauté on medium-high 2–3 minutes.
2. Add butter and onions to pan. Crush garlic, using garlic press, into pan. Cook 1–2 minutes until browned.
3. Stir in mushrooms, wine, and seasoned salt. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve.

Steaks may be cooked in grill pan preheated on medium-high. Lightly coat pan with canola oil. Cook time will be about the same.
