California Shrimp Sandwiches With Grapefruit SaladMeal Time - 25 minutes / Serves 4Cooking Sequence

1. Thaw shrimp by placing in large zip-top bag. Seal tightly and place under cold running water 5–10 minutes.
2. Combine remaining ingredients, except rolls, in medium bowl. Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry; stir into salsa mixture.
3. Slice rolls in half. Spoon shrimp mixture onto half of rolls; assemble and serve.

1 cup grape tomatoes (rinsed)
2 tablespoons french salad dressing
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1. Place salad blend (about 3/4 bag) and carrots in salad bowl. Cut (peeled) grapefruit into bite-size pieces; add to salad. Cut tomatoes in half, if desired; add to salad.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour over salad; toss to coat and serve.
