Quick Calzones With Peach Freeze Shakes

Quick Calzones
Ingredients
1 cup frozen meatless crumbles
1/2 cup refrigerated marinara sauce
1 tablespoon diced pepperoni
3/4 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 (11-ounce) can refrigerated French bread dough
flour (optional)
olive-oil cooking spray
Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Stir together in medium mixing bowl: meatless crumbles, marinara sauce, pepperoni, cheese, and seasoning. Set aside.
3. Place dough on cutting board (sprinkled with flour to prevent sticking). Unroll dough to form a large rectangle, about 13x10-inches. Cut into 4 equal squares.
4. Divide filling and spread on dough to within 1/2-inch of edge. Fold in half and seal edges by pressing with back of fork.
5. Place on baking sheet and coat top of calzones with cooking spray.
6. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve.
Peach Freeze Shakes
Ingredients
1 banana
2 cups frozen sliced peaches
2 (4-ounce) cups fat-free vanilla pudding
1 (8-ounce) cup low-fat peach yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
Steps
1. Peel banana and break in half. Place in blender.
2. Add peaches, pudding, yogurt and milk.
3. Blend for 30 seconds. Stop blender and scrape sides.
4. Blend for additional 30 seconds, or until
well-blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
