Our Publix boneless, skinless chicken thighs are all natural, with no artificial ingredients or preservatives. They stay moist and juicy when cooked. And, because they are boneless and skinless, preparation is quick and easy.

Sweet and Sour Chicken Thighs

1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs

  1. Preheat grill. Combine all ingredients (except chicken); reserve one-half of sauce for later use. Coat chicken with remaining half of sauce; let stand 10 minutes to marinate.
  2. Place chicken on grill; grill 6-7 minutes on each side or until chicken is 165F. Baste chicken with remaining half of sauce during last 2 minutes of grill time. Serve.

Other Preparation Methods

Bake: Preheat oven to 375F. Combine 1 cup apricot preserves, 1 cup French dressing, and 1 packet dry onion soup mix. Place 2 lb chicken thighs in 13- x 9-inch baking dish; top with sauce. Bake 50-60 minutes or until chicken is 165F.

Broil: Preheat broiler. Combine 1/4 cup hot pepper sauce, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper; coat 2 lb chicken thighs with mixture and place on baking sheet. Broil on middle rack 10-12 minutes or until chicken is 165F.
