Garlic Herb Shrimp

Garlic Herb Shrimp

4 tablespoons garlic herb butter
1 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

  1. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high. Add butter, then shrimp; cook 4-6 minutes or until pink and opaque. Season with salt and pepper.

Other Preparation Methods

Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine 1 1/2 lb shrimp and 3/4 cup mild buffalo sauce on a baking sheet. Bake 6-8 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque. Top with 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese.

Boil: Place 1 1/2 lb shrimp in medium stockpot and cover with water. Add 3 tablespoons seafood seasoning; bring to boil 3-5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque. Serve with melted butter.
