Barbecue Back Ribs

Total Time - 3 hours (Active Time - 5 minutes) / Makes 4 Servings

Pork back ribs are great for grilling or baking in the oven. Pork back ribs are excellent with a dry rub and cooked slowly on the grill until tender. Always remember to add any sugar-based barbecue sauce after the meat has cooked, so the sauce doesn’t burn.
