Lemon Velvet Chicken
1 tablespoon flour
1. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Place flour and seasoned salt in zip-top bag. Add chicken; seal tightly and shake to coat. Wash hands.
Mock Mashed Potatoes
1 (16-ounce) bag frozen cauliflower
1/2 cup shredded Colby/Monterey Jack cheese blend
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1. Place cauliflower in microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on HIGH 8 minutes, or until cauliflower begins to soften.
