  • Combine in blender

Fruit Smoothies

1 1/2 cups reduced-fat milk
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
2 bananas (peeled)
2 cups frozen whole strawberries (do not thaw)

1. Place milk and sugar in blender. Break banana into chunks while adding to blender; add strawberries.
2. Blend on high until smooth; scrape sides with rubber spatula, as needed.
3. Chill until ready to serve.

Aprons Advice

Serve with chicken nuggets or fish sticks; top with pasta sauce during last few minutes of bake time or warm to use as a dipping sauce. Add macaroni and cheese on the side. Broccoli florets can be added during last 3–4 minutes of pasta boil time for added nutrition and color. Serve Publix Bakery cookies for dessert.
