Ingredients
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 1 (7 oz) package sliced smoked turkey (or chicken)
- ⅓ cup cilantro-avocado dressing
- 1 cup shredded Mexican-style cheese blend
- ½ cup diced fresh mango (optional)
- 4 (10-inch) whole wheat (or spinach) tortillas
- 1 (8 oz) container guacamole
- 1 cup lettuce shreds
- ½ cup diced fresh tomatoes
Steps
- Microwave bacon following package instructions. Chop turkey. Combine in medium bowl: turkey, dressing, cheese, and mango, if using.
- Place tortillas on flat work surface; spread equal amount guacamole on each tortilla, leaving 1-inch border. Arrange lettuce and turkey mixture down center of each tortilla.
- Add tomatoes and bacon on top of turkey mixture; fold in ends of tortilla and roll up like a burrito. Cut in half and serve.
