IMPORTANT TAX RETURN DOCUMENT AVAILABLE: PUBLIX ISSUES ELECTRONIC W-2s TO ACTIVE ASSOCIATES

Jan. 9, 2013 — All active associates who elected to receive their W-2 electronically now have the ability to view their 2012 W-2 online through PASSport. Current associates who did not elect to receive their W-2 electronically will have their printed W-2 sent Jan. 31, 2013, delivered to their work location.

Current associates who have questions regarding their W-2s should call payroll at (863) 688-7407, ext. 22311, or send an email with their personnel number, full name and specific question to lakeland.payroll@publix.com.

Former associates will have their printed W-2s mailed to their last known home address Jan. 31, 2013. Former associates who have questions regarding their W-2s should call (863) 688-7407, ext. 36255.
